Construct generated by Kristen Kwan (Chien lab, University of Utah), using PCR from a ~5 kb bactin2 genomic fragment made by Ken Poss (Keating lab, University of Utah) from a longer clone from Shin-ichi Higashijima. Sequence and annotation 11/6/06 by Chi-Bin Chien, based on genomic sequence and predicted exons from the Sanger Centre.
