Construction details
pME-H2AmCherry was made by using PCR to fuse zebrafish H2A.F/Z (cloned by RT-PCR) to the N terminus of mCherry, using primers that add att sites, followed by a BP reaction. Sequencing finds a single silent mutation, A883G.
